Volunteers
The volunteer program at Jennie Stuart is an important part of patient care. Volunteers are often the very first point of contact with our patients and their families.

Volunteers greet patients in the waiting areas of the Intensive Care/Progressive Care units, provide patient transport from the Same-day Surgery and Surgery/Endoscopy units, staff the Medical Mall reception (green umbrella), escort patients within the hospital, deliver flowers and mail, and perform other duties. Our current volunteers are staffed Monday through Friday to provide information and assistance.

As part of National Volunteer Week recognized in April each year, JSH commend long-term volunteers for service milestones.
