Care and Concern
We want to provide you with excellent care. Should you have any concerns during your stay, please tell your caregiver or a member of our management team immediately. Any member of our staff will do everything possible to quickly resolve the situation. If they can not resolve the situation you may contact our Patient Advocate office.
If further action is required for resolution, you will be informed of the steps taken on your behalf to investigate the grievance and the results of the grievance process.
