Patient wait times are determined by patient volumes so you may experience longer than normal wait times. We appreciate your patience.
Please remember we are a WALK-IN clinic and pre-registration times do not reflect an actual appointment. This step ensures a faster check-process.
Now offering TWO ways to be seen!
You can either be seen IN-PERSON or via TELEHEALTH. Either way you choose to be seen you can now schedule/ pre-register using the link below! You can also scan the QR code at our clinic to schedule/ pre-register
We know the last place you want to be when you're not feeling well is a crowded waiting room. Now, with online check-in service, simply select a time that works best for you, and do the majority of your waiting safely from the comfort of your home and/or vehicle. When you arrive for your visit, you should be seen promptly by a medical professional. Please know that we will do everything we can to honor the time you select; however, there may be longer than desired wait time for all Urgent Care services due to high demand and patient volume.
When you arrive for either the clinic or COVID-19 testing, please stay in your car and scan the provided QR code with your camera phone or click on the button above to complete your registration. You will be contacted when it is time to enter the facility.
Effective 3/21/2023 JennieCare will offer telehealth visits on limited days and times. If you would like to be seen as a telehealth appointment, you can pre-register by clicking the link above. Not all conditions can be seen or treated via telehealth, staff may ask for you to come into the building to be seen.
The athenaTelehealth patient experience is available for any video-enabled desktop or mobile device through a Web browser. For the mobile experience, patients can use the Chrome browser on Android devices or the Safari browser on iPhone devices. You must allow the athenaTelehealth app access to their device's camera and microphone.
THAT’S WHY THERE’S JENNIECARE
Located in our new Blue Creek South medical office building, the Urgent Clinic is ideal for those times when you can’t plan ahead to get to the doctor, or need care after hours and on the weekend. Urgent Clinic is designed to provide timely outpatient services to patients with non-emergency injuries and illnesses when you need it.
The clinic focuses on sprains/strains, minor burns, cuts and acute illnesses such as influenza, strep throat, or conjunctivitis (pink eye), and COVID-19 testing. Our Urgent Clinic is equipped with on-site imaging and laboratory services.
Clinic services do not take the place of a primary care physician. That’s because after immediate treatment, patients are referred to their primary care physicians (PCP) or Pediatrician for follow up. If you are seeking a PCP, click on our Physician Search and look for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Pediatric doctors.

Are JennieCare Occupational Health Services Right For Your Workforce?
Are employees receiving better access to medical care?
While there are many benefits to having on-site care, the main benefit is that your employees are gaining access to primary care and/or preventative care they may not otherwise seek out - leading to problems down the road.
Are healthcare costs positively impacted?
When employees make time for preventative care, they can reduce the occurrence of illness, disease and other health problems.
Could on-site medical services improve company culture and productivity?
When employees miss work for medical appointments or have to spend personal time visiting the clinic, both the employee and the employer miss out. Research suggests too that companies that invest in worker wellness see greater job satisfaction.
What kind of companies does the JennieCare on-site make sense for?
- Companies with many employees who have a large healthcare investment.
- Self-insured companies looking to reduce costs.
- Smaller companies benefit from third-party JennieCare services by avoiding the administrative burden of managing a clinic.
