As a Dialysis Access Surgeon, Dr. Kabithe is board certified by the American Board of Surgery as well as the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology. Dr. Kabithe completed his surgical residency at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, after graduating from the University of Louisville. He has a clinical interest in general surgery, dialysis access placement, maintenance and salvage.
Dr. Kabithe is a Board Certified General Surgeon. He completed his undergraduate education at Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a major in Biology in 1993. He attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and graduated in 1997. Dr. Kabithe completed his general surgery residency training at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio in 2002. In addition to general surgery, Dr. Kabithe is also a Dialysis Access Surgeon and has received advanced training in endovascular and surgical procedures for dialysis access. He is also certified by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.
Dr. Kabithe is married with 3 children, and enjoys fitness, traveling, and gardening
