Dr. Evans has 14 years of Army Urology experience including Meritorious Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Commendation Medal, and the Overseas Service Ribbon. He was the Chief Urology Service with Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany as well as Chief, Urology Service with Blanchfield Army Community Hospital in Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Dr. Evans completed his medical degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine followed by his residency in Urology at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. He is board certified in Urology as well as a diplomate of American Board of Urology. Dr. Evans and his wife have three children. His outside activities include spending quality time with his family, fishing, camping, and listening to bluegrass music.
